Q Can I use it on dry skin?
This product has a smooth mirror finish and is designed to reduce friction on the skin. However, excessive friction or irritation may aggravate acne or inflammatory skin conditions.

❷ Consult a physician or specialist If you are concerned about acne or skin or inflammation problems, we recommend that you consult a dermatologist or specialist before use.
❸ Use the product in clean conditions Keep the product clean before and after use, and take sufficient care not to get any germs on your skin.
Q Can I use it even if I am allergic to metal?
Although this product is mirror-finished and processed to minimize elution of metal ions, symptoms of metal allergy may vary from person to person.
Please be careful before use, especially if you are allergic to chrome. When using the product for the first time, please test it on an inconspicuous area for a short time and confirm that there is no abnormality before use.Q Can it be used for more than just the face area?
This product is designed for use not only around the face, but also on the entire body, including the scalp, arms, legs, and décolleté. Although this product has a mirror finish of stainless steel, prolonged exposure to a high-temperature hair dryer may cause discoloration or loss of luster on the surface.
Also, because stainless steel is a high thermal conductor, the product itself may become hot and burn your hands or scalp. We recommend using the product in low temperature mode or cool air, and cleaning it with a soft cloth after use.Q I want to know about the warranty.

If an initial defect is confirmed within two weeks of receipt of the product, the product will be replaced free of charge.

A "surface polishing service" is available for a fee (4,950 yen, tax included) to polish minor scratches on the surface of the product caused by daily use to make it look like new again.
